Growing up around the flavors of Kolkata, she dreamed of sharing the dishes she grew up with in a way that felt fun, approachable, and modern. Nerissa is hands-on in the kitchen, crafting sauces and marinades from scratch and making sure each dish delivers the balance of spice, tang, and comfort that defines her food. For her, Chutney Mary’s isn’t just a business—it’s a way to introduce people to the traditions she cherishes, while adding her own creative flair.
