Jason’s passion for cooking began in his family’s kitchen, where he learned the craft from his mother and aunts. That early love for food led him to train professionally in Miami and hone his skills in kitchens across the country. Eventually, he returned home to Washington, DC, ready to bring his own vision to life. With Ooh Dat Chicken, Jason combines his culinary training with family tradition, serving rotisserie chicken made with care, patience, and a whole lot of flavor. For him, it’s not just about feeding people—it’s about sharing a piece of home, one perfectly roasted chicken at a time.
