The truck continues to serve festivals and events, while its Silver Spring restaurant gives fans a permanent spot to enjoy their favorites.
Chris Robles, a Maryland native, is the driving force behind Trippy Tacos. After studying business and honing his cooking skills in Los Angeles, he returned home with a vision to bring a unique taco brand to life. Drawing inspiration from his family and Latino roots, Chris launched Trippy Tacos in 2019 and has grown it from a food truck into a thriving Silver Spring restaurant.
